She Says: Color is a big trend this season—think red and hot pink lips, colored eyeliners in bright greens and blues, and even hints of glitter on the eyelids.
Tools of the Trade: MAC cosmetics and NARS have lots of great bold colors for lips; I love Russian Red from MAC and Roman Holiday from NARS. Christian Dior also has a beautiful gloss called Red Stockings.
Mouthing Off: To achieve a bold lip color, apply the color with your fingertip. Start in the center of the lip and leave the edges softer. Outline the lips with a neutral lip liner to keep the edges soft.Anne Hathaway loves a bright pink applied to the center of her lip! For a bold red lip color, be sure to blot the lips with a tissue after application to prevent the color from bleeding. Finish with a gloss to set the red lipstick.
Eye Spy: If you are wearing spring's pastel colors on the lid, try
YSL's bright blue liquid eyeliner. Navy and bright blue make the eyes pop without looking overdone.

How to Wear Spring's Bright Hues: Calibrate your colors! If a muted pink lip gloss is your thing, simply turn up the voltage and choose a shade two or three shades brighter to ride spring's color trend wave. Secondly, don't be a commitment-phobe! If you're going to go with color for spring…GO FOR IT! The true trend for eyes and lips is to wear shadows and lip colors to their full color potential! Take one-inch sections of your hair and twirl them around your finger, creating a complete spiral; do this all around your head. 4. Catching the Wave: I recommend washing the hair at night, and drying about halfway. Next, comb a good amount of mousse all the way through the hair, from root to end, and secure the hair in a tight, very high ponytail with a cloth scrunchie to prevent marks.Wrap the excess hair around the scrunchie in a high bun and sleep with it.By the morning, you will take out the scrunchie to fine beautiful, natural waves.Just tousle your fingers through the hair, and go!

He Says: One of the biggest trends in makeup right now is using icy sorbet colors like pastel purple, powdery pink, and bright, soft peach and tangerine.
How To Pull It Off: Do either cheeks, lips or eyes (only one) and make sure it's a soft wash of color, nothing too intense.It's also important to still keep definition with a full brow and full lash, otherwise you look washed out.
